Bloomstorm is a company that accelerates effective change.

Some might classify us as a consulting company that does training - or is that the other way round?

It's probably simpler to say that we are an enabling company.  We work with companies to implement practical, accelerated and enduring change that improves people performance and business results. Our approach is best summarised by the book we are writing with the working title: Everything You Know About Change Is Wrong (But You Can Do Something About It) - you will see parts of the book on this here first.

It’s a work in progress (including the title) so stick around: you’ll get a chance to see (and comment on) parts of the book on this site first, before publication. We’d really like to know what you think.
