A client in the personal services field used Bloomstorm to design and implement a new sales strategy and organisation structure that is now on course to deliver a 500% increase in revenue.

Our client, a leading player in a specialist area of personal services, had found that, despite having a winning proposition for the market, sales growth had effectively stopped.  Working with the client, we helped them to understand the causes of this sales plateau - sales capacity was being diverted to operations, some sales activity in traditional markets was being wasted on low-value transactions, and the marketplace was changing.

With Bloomstorm's help, the client was able to design a phased set of solutions addressing each of the causes and an implementation plan to address them, funded through increased revenue.  The internal champion of this proposal had it accepted by the company's executive team within 48 hours and implementation began almost immediately.
